Hi friends, I’m Staci Stander—

owner and founder of Bar & Bloom! 

 

With over 12 years of crafting cocktails behind the bar and 10 years in event and TV Production, I created Bar & Bloom to blend my passion for hospitality, with my love for Bartending & creating unforgettable moments. 

 

Based in Central FL and Miami Beach,

Bar & Bloom is a modern, dry-hire bartending service that delivers a curated, high-end experience with personality and precision.

My bartending journey began in 2013 at

Lazy Moon- a fast-paced, well-known spot

in Orlando that taught me the importance of

being yourself, loving what you do,

and uplifting others. 

10 years later that journey led me to

the Hard Rock, where I was really able to

master my art, handle high-volume crowds, memorize a long list of cocktails, flair with bottles, and make a damn good drink.

Even found one of my own signature cocktails

on the menu!
